Applied Cognitive Solutions (ACS) offers technology consulting, including e-discovery and litigation support, related to our core services of computer forensics and computer data recovery. We have assisted clients in projects such as:

• Determining the cost of providing electronic evidence from multiple legacy back-up systems in various sites and on different platforms
• Establishing back-up procedures and systems

At ACS we work from a letter of agreement and bill project time and expenses against an initial retainer. Our basic weekday rate is $180.00 per hour for technical and project management consultants, with higher rates for senior staff. Administrative time is $90.00 per hour. Rates are higher for work performed during evenings, on weekends, or during holidays.
